Just finished a wild weeks ski touring in the Lofoten Islands up in Arctic Norway – plenty of Fritschi Vipec ski touring bindings to play with this week(!) – plenty of windy days too, but also some amazing views and dozens of sea eagles.
This is a similar area to Senja, with summit to sea skiing on lovely coastal islands and scenery. Highlights of the week were a brilliant Northern Lights display and skiing the South Gully of Geitgaljern on a beautiful sunny afternoon. To give a flavour, here’s the video we made of the trip:
