How to Book Your Climbing Trip
Online booking is fast and simple. Please follow these steps and get in touch if you need any help.
Make sure you meet all the fitness, ability and experience requirements for your chosen climbing trip – please check the guidelines on the course page. For further info, enquiries or a private trip quote, please get in touch here.
Once you are ready to book please proceed via the booking link on the course page.
1. Select number of participants joining the trip.
2. Select your trip dates – the number of available spaces for each trip are displayed.
3. Choose any hire equipment and single room options required.
4. Register the details of all participants and pay a £300 deposit per person to secure your booking. Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer or card (AMEX, VISA and MasterCard). Balance payments can be made by bank transfer only.
Once your booking is complete you will receive a booking confirmation and further info regarding the status of your trip. Scheduled climbing trips require a minimum number of participants before they can be confirmed. Confirmed trips are visible on our ‘Dates and Prices Summary’ page, and also on the trips online booking page. If you join an unconfirmed trip, we will keep you informed of its status.
Once your trip is confirmed, you will receive course notes and other info to help you prepare for it. Final balances are due eight weeks before departure – you will receive a reminder email. Two weeks before your trip commences we will collect any final details from you including your insurance docs, and also send your final joining instructions including guide contact and any other final info.
Please note – once your trip is confirmed, we strongly recommend that you purchase specialist travel insurance including cancellation cover. This is to protect you for lost travel/course fees should you need to cancel your trip due to personal circumstances.
