You are welcome to join us on some of the great Scottish winter classics throughout the season. Just contact us in advance to discuss your ambitions, so we can put together an appropriate itinerary tailored to your requirements. As with all our scottish winter itineraries, we organise private guiding on a 'fee only' basis.
Experience We cater for all levels of experience and ability, from beginner to expert. Please be aware that for safety reasons, on longer more serious routes - in particular Tower Ridge - we cannot commit to making an ascent until we've seen how well you are currently climbing (on a previous day, or earlier in the season).
Fitness As with most mountain activities, scottish winter mountaineering can be hard work (see fitness levels 2+3) so we advise you to prepare well in advance with regular cardiovascular exercise and climbing related training down the wall or gym - as each day on the hill will involve several hours climbing on steep mountain terrain.
EquipmentWe will supply you with a full kit list. All communal safety equipment (ropes etc) is provided by us. Clients are responsible for bringing all clothing, personal climbing kit and mountain boots (local hire available).
