Food and Accommodation
We run all of our courses on a guiding & instruction only basis. Food and accommodation must be paid for seperately. A good range of recommended accommodation options around Llanberis are provided with your joining instructions.

Ability and Experience
Previous climbing ropework skills are neccesary if you plan to head out to the Alps on your own, but this is not essential if you are coming on one of our own alpine trips - as furthur training will be provided when you are in the Alps.  Alpine mountaineering requires good levels of fitness & stamina (see fitness level 2) so a similar level of outdoor fitness is required for the preparation course.

Equipment
We will supply you with a full kit list. All communal safety equipment (ropes etc) is provided by us.  You are expected to come equiped with personal clothing and climbing equipment. For the more specialist items including harness and helmet, hire is available if needed.
